Will is originally from Americus, GA where his family has owned and operated the Shiver Lumber Company since 1900.  Throughout his time working in the family business, Will learned the value of hard work and the importance of exceptional customer service.  He received his BBA in Real Estate from the University of Georgia.  

Will credits the inspiration of the business to Charles Jones an Atlanta entrepreneur and second homeowner. Charles envisioned a company that could serve as the only contact he would need for dealing with any issue at his beach house.  Will loved the idea of creating a service that would change people's life's for the better.  

Since the company's inception, Will and his team have added concierge services, cleaning, maintenance, and general contracting into the company's realm of services.  Will has dedicated himself to creating a first class service through satisfying his clients wants and needs.
